Terms of Service

Agreement
These Terms govern your access to rosterblueprint.com and the Roster Blueprint service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service purpose
Roster Blueprint provides informational football roster analysis, rankings, comparisons, projections, reports, and simulation tools. Content is not financial, legal, betting, employment, scouting, or professional sports-management advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining secure access to your Google account. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person, misuse administrator functions, scrape restricted content, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually at the price shown during checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You may cancel future renewal through the billing-management portal. Cancellation normally remains effective through the paid billing period.
Refunds
Payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Roster Blueprint. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
Data and availability
NFL roster information changes frequently. We work to maintain trusted information but do not guarantee that every roster, status, transaction, projection, ranking, or analysis is complete, current, or error-free. Features may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The Roster Blueprint name, design, original analysis, scoring systems, reports, and software are protected content. You may use the service for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, systematically extract, reverse engineer, or create a competing dataset from protected service content without written permission.
Third-party names and sources
Roster Blueprint is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, its teams, ESPN, nflverse, Google, or Stripe. Team names and other marks belong to their respective owners.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Roster Blueprint disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
